Prayer is more than something we do—it is the place where Christ forms us into His disciples. Our Prayer & Discernment gatherings are designed for adults who desire to grow in a deeper relationship with God through prayer, spiritual formation, and learning to recognize His voice in the ordinary moments of life. Whether you are just beginning to develop a life of prayer or have been walking with the Lord for many years, these opportunities invite you to slow down, listen, and respond more fully to God's invitation. Join us as we learn to pray with the Church, discern God's will, and grow together as a community of disciples.

	A Study of Theology of the Body Join us as we explore Pope St. John Paul II's Theology of the Body and discover God's beautiful vision of the human person, love, freedom, vocation, and authentic relationships. All adults welcome. This program is in conjunction with the family faith formation program- this is the adult/parent session. For this year, we are opening these sessions to include any adult within the parish who would like to participate. Registration required as we have limited seating. 	The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius (18th Annotation) The 18th Annotation adapts St. Ignatius of Loyola's Spiritual Exercises for those living ordinary lives. Rather than making a 30-day retreat, participants journey through the Exercises over a few retreat days, learning to pray with Scripture, discern the movements of the heart, and encounter Christ in a profound and personal way. This experience is intended for those who desire to deepen their relationship with the Lord and become more attentive to His presence and guidance in daily life. 	Heart of Prayer An 8-Week Video Series from FORMED Discover the beauty of authentic prayer and learn how to deepen your conversation with God. Through engaging video presentations, discussion, and fellowship, this series explores the foundations of Catholic prayer and helps participants develop a lasting habit of prayer rooted in a relationship with Christ.   Dates: Wednesdays, September 30 – November 18 Time: 5:30–7:30 PM Location: OLV Classrooms 4-5 Format: Video presentation, discussion, and fellowship Potluck: Participants are encouraged to bring a dish to share each week.
